Hi, I'm Jim Mortensen.
After spending ten years building homes, I am now starting my tenth year as a home inspector. I have been very fortunate to help first time buyers, first move ups, downsizers and even investors better understand the property that they may purchase. I have helped buyers from the entire purchase spectrum; from truly humble house to large mansions and from new construction to “fixer uppers”. I truly look forward to the next inspection and finding out what that property is like.
My goal for is that all my clients understand the condition of the property they want to purchase and typically make their home. There really is no place like home. It is where celebrations occur, and where we recover from setbacks. We often host visitors or weather storms in our homes. I truly appreciate being part of the process in finding “home”.
